  I'm not qualified to speak for the authenticity of their food but I can say I enjoyed everything put in front of me.
  
  I'd suggest that you ask for their hot sauce also. Goes perfect with the ground beef!
  Though not a very hot sauce, it is very tasty. I'd judge it more as a salsa than a hot sauce.
  
  The bowl of red beans was good in its own rights. Though no special seasonings they are good with plenty of soup to share with the rice. The fried egg on the rice was a perfect over easy, but near tasteless. (I believe I'm being ruined by free range, orange yolks we now have access to)
  
  Well done pork belly will be the death of me! Awesomely crunchy and  flavorful, a joy to eat and savor till you just want another bite-experience.
  
  Going back to try more of the menu!

  This was a true Colombian restaurant, their food is amazing and staff is friendly. They provider a frat service. I went with my coworkers for lunch and they all loved it. We will definitely come back!

  Good price for the portions. The location itself is casual, wouldn't dine for over an hour here nor go out of my way for a dinner. The beans do not have a "Hispanic" taste to them, pretty basic. They do substitutions (example I substituted extra arepa for more plantains this time, but in the past they've failed to include the avocado). They do have the best tasting ground beef I've found in any Hispanic restaurant in the area. The servers are nice and quick, dinning here for lunch is convenient - main reason for my rating.

  Oh lord the service is terrible! They never came to my table to ask how everything was or if I needed something. Staff clearly needs some training, c'mon This is Orlando!!! We are distinguished for going above and beyond in customer service. We exist thanks to tourism. On top of that, they included a 18% gratuity which is only for outstanding service. I still tipped them but I surely will never come back. I'm so upset

  I went in for the lunch special. Ordered some water but I didn't know why the waiter gave me a water bottle (I saw another waiter brought normal glasses of water to other tables). He tried to pour water into my cup and spilled it all over the table and some got on my clothes. He was polite and said sorry, ok that was fine. When he took my card to cash me out, he came back with a check and put the check on the table, then took my card again (!?) without asking me or telling me what he was doing. Then he came back the second time with a check for my water bottle (which I didn't ask for in the first place and which was spilled all over)
  
  The plate of food was okay but could've used some vegetables.
